The beautiful walled city of Briançon is fifteen minutes’ drive away with its Wednesday Provencal market. Italy is just over the border for a day trip. The chalet sits right on the banks of the Guisane river with great views of Le Bez and the mountains beyond. Small lawned garden and patio with barbecue on the river-side of the chalet. Large balcony with garden furniture.

Upstairs to main entrance level to a double and en suite shower/wc. Separate wc. Upstairs again to a twin with balcony and en suite shower and wc and double with balcony and en suite bath/wc. Well-equipped open-plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, large professional gas hob and oven. Large oval wooden table with fixed seating around. Up a small flight of steps to the spacious light and airy living room with four sofas opening onto a huge balcony with fantastic views over the river to the mountains beyond. Up steps to a mezzanine which looks back down onto the lounge. Washing machine and separate dryer. Extra twin room available on request at a supplement. Electricity above 60kw payable locally. Bed linen and towels available at extra cost payable locally.
