Position: Situated in an elevated position with beautiful views across the vast Lake Geneva just a five minute drive up from the bustling lakeside spa town of Evian. Within walking distance of the village of Milly with its shops, bar and restaurant. Evian itself has everything to offer from cultural activities to all manner of sports including golf, tennis and swimming at the Olympic size pool. Whether it be walking in the surrounding mountains or taking a paddle steamer on the lake, this beautiful area of the Haute Savoie offers the luxury of both a lake and a mountain holiday. This newly built residence has a collection of traditionally constructed wooden chalets which have been divided into three separate comfortable apartments. Some are on ground level with terrace and some are on two levels with balcony. All have garden furniture. Within the residence is a swimming pool (7x12m) with retractable covered dome, shared with the other chalets and some apartments. Gym, sauna, Wi-Fi internet facility and pool table (all at supplement). Launderette. Open parking.

Living room with double sofa bed, table and chairs. TV (30-50€ a week). Kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge, combination oven, dishwasher. Shower room and separate wc. Two bedrooms, one twin and one double. Towels available at extra cost payable locally. Bed linen included.
