Position: The chalet is in the grounds of a traditional hotel, with its bar and restaurant, just across the small road from the Lac de Beunaz, where for a small charge you can enjoy the beach and swimming. Small number of similar chalets within the same grounds. Bernex, just over a mile away, has basic shopping. Tennis courts also just about a mile away. The elegant resort of Evian is five miles away with plenty of bars and restaurants and its Olympic swimming pool. Other attractions are steamer trips on the lake, day trips to Chamonix/Mont Blanc and lovely walks and bicycle rides, (mountain bikes can be hired at the hotel) in the stunning Alpine scenery. The chalet is situated in the woods around the hotel, well separated from the other chalets which share the swings and table tennis. Area of garden around it with balcony and terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. 
Accommodation:
A sweet chalet, with a cosy living room with sofa, table and chairs and television, kitchen corner with electric cooker, electric coffee maker and fridge/freezer. Small double bedroom, twin children’s room and, up very steep steps, a mezzanine under the eaves with two beds, ideal for teenagers. Shower room with, basin, wc and washing machine. Also separate wc. Electricity payable locally except in July and August. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally.
