Position: Situated in a quiet location on a sunny hillside, the lovely town of Thônes is but a mile away, where you find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, as well as tennis, riding and minigolf. Endless walks and trails for mountain biking in the area. Lake Annecy is 15 minutes’ drive away for swimming, sailing, boat trips, wind surfing and its beautiful old town known as the Venice of the Alps. Chamonix and Mégève both within easy reach for a day trip. One of eight well-spaced chalets dotted along this sunny hillside, each of them totally independent, but all sharing the same peaceful surroundings and views across the valley. Communal play area for children and laundry facilities on site. Each chalet has a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Cots available on request. 
Accommodation:
On the ground floor is an open-plan living room with TV, table and chairs and divan which pulls out to form two single beds. Behind a bar is the kitchen corner with cooking rings and electric oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee-maker and toaster. Washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a shower room with basin and separate wc. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one twin and one double each with doors to the balcony. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally.
