Position: On a sunny slope 700m from the village of Chinaillon where, during high season, there is everything you need in the way of shops, bars, restaurants and tennis courts but only three miles above the lively village of Le Grand Bornand with tennis courts, swimming pools, mountain bike hire, nine-hole golf course, table tennis (free), skate board ramp and, of course, the beautiful mountain scenery to enjoy. Annecy, Geneva and Chamonix are all easily accessible for day trips. The chalet has its own area of grassy garden as well as a balcony with garden furniture and magnificent views. There is a stream running close by and a paved terrace by the kitchen. Shared use of a boules pitch, swings and volleyball. 
Accommodation:
The chalet is built on a hill so that the entrance is on the lower ground floor where there is a big garage with a ping pong table. Next to this is the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron. Lounge with two sofas, pool table, TV and video. Upstairs is a big living room with open fireplace, comfortable seating, dining table and chairs, television and door to the balcony. The kitchen has gas rings, electric oven, double sink, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a door to the terrace. Also on this floor a double bedroom and bathroom with basin and separate wc. On the top floor are three bedrooms: a double and two twins, one with a small balcony. Shower room with double basin and wc. Telephone for incoming calls only. Cot available on request, at a supplement if there are already 8 people in the chalet. Bed linen and towels included and beds made on arrival.
