The beautiful medieval town of Semur en Auxois is just 10 minutes’ drive. The cottage banks the little stream of La Lochère. Off-road parking to the front and private south-facing walled garden to the rear with small terrace, garden table and chairs, lawn, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue. Vaulted cellar.

Restored to very high standards by the same friendly owners as La Lochère (BG3579) with many of the traditional Burgundian features retained. Entrance into the fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge/freezer washing machine and breakfast area. Open doorway to the living room with comfortable chairs, sofa and coffee table. Solid oak table and dining chairs. Upstairs is a very large bedroom, with en suite shower room and separate toilet. Large double bed (1.6x2m) and a double sofa bed. Electricity over 70kw payable locally. Bed linen and towels included, changed weekly. Beds made on arrival.
