Position: In a small friendly hamlet at the gateway to the Morvan National Park and within easy reach of the vineyards of Beaune and Cote d’Or, the house is within six miles of the small town of Arnay le Duc with its supermarket, shops, bars and several restaurants. Behind the house is a large grassy enclosed garden on a slope with an entrance for cars from the country lane. The swimming pool (10x5m), which can be covered with a plastic tunnel early and late in the season, and all one depth, is at the top of the garden with a covered terrace at one side. Beside the house is a patio with garden furniture and barbecue. 
Accommodation:
From the patio there is an entrance into the kitchen with mixed hob, electric wall oven, microwave, fridge/icebox, double sink, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and electric cafetiere. Off this is the dining room with table, chairs and an open fireplace. This leads to the living room with comfortable seating, a sofabed and satellite television (Sky news), video and DVD. Shower room with basin, bidet and wc. Spiral staircase leads to a large room with double bed and a mezzanine with a double mattress and off this are two double bedrooms, one with en suite shower room with basin and separate wc. Washing machine in the outside laundry room. Gas heating payable locally. Bed linen included.
