Position: Set amongst the vineyards, Saint Amour is a delightful wine producing village with two excellent restaurants and opportunities to try one of the twelve famous ‘Beaujolais crus’ in one of the two wine tasting cellars. Julienas is under two miles for basic food shops. The pretty town of Crêches, three miles away, has shops and supermarkets and the famous town of Macon is just five miles away. The beautiful undulating Beaujolais countryside with its vineyards, chateaux, churches and colourful markets is complemented by the region’s renowned gastronomy. Perfectly safe for children, this lovely stone house has a large open courtyard with flowers. There is also a covered area and garden furniture.

Beautifully furnished and decorated with care and attention to detail, this house is warm and welcoming. It has retained its original features with beamed ceilings and wooden floors in most rooms. With plenty of storage space, the kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, diswasher, microwave, cafetiere and kettle and a breakfast table. The spacious living room is warmly furnished; dining area, comfortable lounge area with sofa, armchair, a stone fireplace, television and radio, CD player. On the first floor, there are two charming bedrooms, a double and a twin. Bathroom and wc. On the second floor, under the eaves, a very nice and spacious bedroom with three single beds.
