Self contained with a private entrance the property has an enclosed private garden with garden furniture, barbecue, swing and table tennis. The swimming pool (11x5m) is shared with the chambres d’hôte.

On the ground floor, the living room has a well equipped open plan kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, fridge with ice box, electric cafetiere, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is a dining/lounge area with TV. On the first floor, there is a charming twin bedroom and on the second floor, overlooking the vineyards, a double bedroom. Both rooms have en suite shower room and wc. Electricity above 40kw per week is payable locally. Bed linen included.
