Shared games room with table tennis, swings, slide and play house for children, and a paddock with pet goats.

Separate farmhouse kitchen/dining room with solid wood table and chairs, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, electric cafetiere, toaster, fridge/freezer and diswasher; door to terrace. Utility room with washing machine and dryer and separate wc. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a double and two twins, and a bathroom with wc. Cot and high chair provided. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally.
