Position: About half a mile to the centre of the attractive sea side resort of <\n>Le Pouldu, with its shops, cafés, restaurants, sandy beaches and sailing school. <\n>The house is situated beside the coastal path which provides lovely walks with sea views and easy access on foot to the resort and beaches, one of which is just below the house, as well as to the picturesque harbour at the mouth of the river Laita. Map reference G7 Page 40Stunningly situated on the cliff tops beside the coastal path, the house is set in a large garden enclosed by hedges, perfect for children to play in safety; there is also a small wooden play house. There is a gravel terrace with garden furniture from where you can admire panoramic and uninterrupted sea views, and a barbecue is provided. Just outside the garden the path leads down to a sheltered sandy cove for safe bathing. 
Accommodation:
Built in traditional Breton style with very spacious and comfortable accommodation. The very large sitting room with its sofas and armchairs around the fireplace has French windows to the terrace. It leads to a rustic style dining room, with fireplace, sofa, television and a small childrens’ table and chairs - childrens’ books and games are also provided. The adjacent kitchen behind a bar has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a separate wc with washbasin. Stairs from the entrance hall lead to four bedrooms all with sea views (a fifth room at the back); there is double with a king sized bed, a standard double and two twins. A cot is also provided. Also on the first floor is a bathroom with bath, basin, separate shower and wc, a shower room with basin and a separate wc. Bed linen and towels available at extra cost payable locally.
