Beyond is the large kitchen/dining room, the well equipped kitchen area having an island unit, gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric cafetiere and dishwasher. French windows lead from here into the covered pool area with its decking terrace. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom, shower room and separate wc. Coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer in outside laundry room. Upstairs, under the eaves are three bedrooms, a king sized double (two electrically operated singles pushed together) with dressing room, a standard double (no wardrobe but with hanging rail) and a twin. Shower room (with shower jets) with wc. Small fitness room with gym equipment. Cot provided. Electricity payable locally. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally.
