French windows to south west facing terrace. Kitchen with gas/electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, double sink and dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in garage, the latter not for cars. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom, a bathroom with bath and shower attachment, hairdryer and a separate wc with washbasin. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a double, a twin and a single, a ‘fitness’ room with gym equipment and a bathroom with hairdryer and wc. Cot and high chair provided. Electricity included up to 80 kwh per week. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally.
