Within easy reach of the pretty town of Pont Aven, a favourite haunt of artists at the head of the Aven estuary. Quietly situated at the end of a cul de sac in some 40 acres of private land bordered by the river Dour Du. One of two adjoining cottages with its own private area of garden with garden furniture and barbecue, surrounded by fields. Shared games room with table tennis, swings, slide and play house for children, and a paddock with pet goats.

Large living room with two sofas and armchairs around a large fireplace, dresser, TV with DVD and video, HiFi and rustic dining table and chairs. A bar with two stools separates the dining area from the kitchen which is equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, electric cafetiere, toaster, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Wc under stairs. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin, and a bathroom with wc. Cot and high chair provided. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally.
