Watersports and swimming at Arjuzanx lake just seven miles away. The bustling old town of Mont de Marsan, seven miles away, has weekly markets, shops, supermarkets and a golf course. The lively towns of Dax and Bayonne are well worth a visit. Sandy beaches 30 minutes away. Set in 40 acres of parkland with pine forest and fields full of wildlife. There are two fishing lakes around which you can see a wide variety of birds. The owners and their pets live next door in a completely separate property. The spacious terrace with garden furniture and a built-in barbecue overlooks the magnificent pool (12x7m). Plenty of space to play safely (badminton and volleyball) and miles of tracks for walking and cycling.

Tastefully decorated, the high beamed spacious living room has a fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cafetiere, kettle and toaster, a dining area and comfortable lounge area with television, DVD, Hi-Fi and a decorative fireplace. The twin/double bedroom (please specify when booking) hidden behind a curtain has a bathroom with a large corner bath, a separate shower, wc and a dressing room. The next door cottage consists of a family suite with a double bedroom and a room with two single beds sharing a shower room and wc. Washing machine. Cot available. Electricity included up to 80kw/week. Bed linen and one large towel per person included. Beds made on arrival.
