Position: Situated in a small hamlet a mile from Isse with its supermarket, chemist, three bars and bakery. Chateaubriant is a 15 minute drive away with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, indoor swimming pool, bowling alley, and market. La Baule, Guerande and the Brittany coast are just over an hour’s drive away. Attached to the owner’s house but independent and self-contained, the house has large gardens to the back and front with lawned areas. The back garden has a large patio area with barbecue, sun loungers, garden furniture, table tennis, badminton, croquet and boules equipment, pool toys, swing area, a small sand pit and an above ground fenced swimming pool (10x5m). Plenty of indoor games. 
Accommodation:
The attractive house has retained original features such as exposed beams and stone walls. Well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cafetiere, kettle and toaster. Large kitchen table. Spacious lounge with comfortable sofas, English TV, video, DVD, HiFi and fireplace with wood burner. Reading lounge/bedroom for the less mobile with bathroom next door with bath, separate shower, sink and wc. Laundry room with washing machine. Four bedrooms upstairs; a master double with two extra beds on request, two doubles and a small two bedded room. Shower room under eaves with wc and sink. Cot, highchair and stair gates. Extra single bed available on request. Electricity included up to 60kw per week. Bed linen and one large towel per person included. Beds made on arrival.
