The Car Hire Package includes

• Inclusive rates (see Fly drive / Rail drive) including unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Protection, V.A.T. and Airport Surcharge
• Third Party Liability Insurance for any driver authorised within the terms of the Rental Agreement

The Car Hire Package excludes

• Deposits (represents approx. 40-50% of basic rate, a credit card imprint will be taken)
• Additional driver fee
• Child seats
• Roof Racks
• Taxes on additional items
• Excesses on inclusive insurances
• Local taxes
• Registration fees
• All extra costs

Please indicate your requirements at the time of confirming your car hire. We will reserve these items on your behalf but they are payable locally when you collect the car at the start of the hire. Details of prices on request. These rates are subject to local tax.

How to Book

1. Car hire should be booked when confirming your holiday flight and accommodation.
2. Indicate the number of cars and group required. Please ensure the type of car chosen will meet your party requirements.
3. Baby/child seats (and childrens ages) and roof rack requirements must be indicated at the time of booking but supplements are payable locally, and may be subject to local tax.

PLEASE NOTE:
(i) We regret we cannot accept bookings for car hire within 14 days of the start of your holiday.
(ii) Cars must be booked for the full duration of your holiday.
(iii) Drivers must be over 23 years old and hold a full British driving licence.
(iv) Optional items must be paid for at the commencement of the rental.
(v) You must hold at least one Visa/Mastercard credit or debit card.
(vi) Rates of optional extras and taxation quoted are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change without notice.
(vii) Our suppliers cannot guarantee to supply a particular make or model of car and reserve the right to change the models or makes in any car group without prior notice. Inghams has no control over the make or model of car supplied and cannot accept responsibility should the supplier supply a make or model of car other than those listed as available in any particular group in the table below. The supplier's full booking conditions apply and should be read prior to signing rental agreement at the airport; copy available on request.
