Earlybird Booking Conditions
Because this Earlybird brochure is published so far in advance of our main Just France 2009 brochure, not all contracts for accommodation and travel services will have been finalised at the time of going to press. “Bookings” made from this Earlybird brochure will therefore be regarded as “registrations”. Final arrangements will be confirmed upon publication of our main brochure in November 2008 when the balance of your deposit will also be payable. In the unlikely event that your chosen accommodation or travel arrangements are not available in our main brochure you will be offered the choice of a suitable alternative (paying or receiving a refund in respect of any difference in price) or the opportunity of withdrawing your registration with a full refund. In this Earlybird brochure therefore any reference to a “booking” should be taken as meaning a “registration” which will be confirmed subject to the circumstances described above.

When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions and other information contained within this brochure. No employee or representative of this Company has the authority to vary these terms and conditions. Separate conditions apply to internet bookings. These are set out in full on our website. This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions and other information contained within the brochure, which are governed by English Law and the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom Courts.

Earlybird Price Promise
Earlybird discounts will be given on selected holidays of 7 nights or more. The discounts will be given per holiday on our brochure prices. Any discount will be notified to you at the time of booking and will depend on the holiday, departure date and method you choose. We guarantee that if you book your holiday from this Earlybird brochure you will be paying the same or less in total than if you were to book it later from the Just France main brochure. In the unlikely event that the overall price of your holiday (including all applicable discounts, supplements and additional items) booked from this Earlybird brochure is higher than the published price of the identical holiday (including discounts, supplements and additional items) in the Just France First Edition brochure, we will refund the difference.
Please note that Earlybird discounts apply to the holiday price before supplements (eg ferry supplements, en route hotels and insurance). The discounts and low deposit offer only apply until publication of our main brochure in November 2008.
Should the price of a holiday rise by more than 10% (including all applicable discounts, supplements and additional items) in our main brochure or if the content or nature of a holiday should change significantly, we reserve the right to withdraw from any registration. In this event, we will refund any registration fees. You will then have the opportunity of choosing another holiday (at Earlybird prices and conditions if applicable) or making a new booking for the holiday of your original choice at First Edition prices and conditions.
