Your holiday choice
In building up the Just France portfolio of houses we have concentrated on searching out properties, which combine location, character and charm as well as comfort and facilities. Choose from properties of all shapes and sizes most of which are equipped with washing machines, dishwashers, microwaves and other modern conveniences. All of our houses have garden furniture and, wherever possible, barbecues. Whilst cots are nearly always available we would advise you to check with us before booking. There is a detailed description of each property in the followng pages setting out all the facilities offered as well as precise details of location. Our bookings staff will be happy to provide any supplementary details you may require.
Crème de la Crème
We
are proud of the quality of all of our houses and of the value for
money, which they offer. However, in our opinion, certain properties
stand out as being exceptional by virtue of their comfort, above
average facilities or location. These are indicated by the Créme
de la Crème symbol.
Beachside Houses
In coastal areas such as Brittany, Vendee, Charente, Maritime, Bordeaux
and Les Landes on the Atlantic, as well as on the Mediterranean
coast, we have tried to find houses as near to the beaches as possible.
Many are within walking distance and many more besides are within
a short driving distance.
Swimming Pools
In
response to demand from you, our clients, more and more houses have
their own or shared swimming pools. In fact over half have the use
of a pool, especially in the southern half of France where over
90% boast this facility. Look out for the pool logo for properties
with pools. Please note that we indicate whether a house has a private
of shared pool at the head of each description.
Prices & Holiday Durations
Just France holidays are for a minimum of one week, with just a
few properties requiring, where indicated, a two-week booking. The
prices quoted are for one or two weeks inclusive of short sea channel
crossings. We are, however, happy to quote prices for stays of longer
durations.
Two Centre Holidays
If you like the idea of combining, say, one week in Brittany with
a second week in the Loire, we can easily arrange it. We will be
happy to advise on suitable accommodation from the brochure to create
an extended and richly varied holiday. Please ask for a quotation
for the two-centre holiday of your choice.
Linen Packs
With many of our properties sheets, pillowcases and sometimes towels
are included in our prices as indicated under the property description.
At many others bed linen is available on payment of a supplement,
which is payable locally (allow €8 to €15 per person).
