Cross Channel Supplements & Information 2008

• Sailings shown as NIL for car and passengers are included in the accommodation price.
  For alternative sailings, add supplements as indicated in this section per single journey.

• All rates are based on car +5 (unless otherwise stated). For additional passenger prices please contact reservations.

• For additional cars add £90 per car, per return journey to the supplements shown.

• Prices are based on a standard height family saloon.

• Minibuses (maximum 12 seaters) can only be booked on Eurotunnel with a maximum of 8 passengers on board and will incur an additional supplement. Commercial vehicles, or vehicles classed as such by their manufacturers cannot be booked. LPG/Dual powered vehicles cannot be accommodated on Eurotunnel

• Car supplements are subject to change. Final details at time of booking.

• The ferry times given are for the high season, generally July - September inclusive. Low Season sailings may be less frequent or depart at different times. For tidal and technical reasons some departure times may vary on certain dates.

• All crossing details are based on current information and may be subject to change.
  All transport arrangements are subject to confirmation by the carrier. Requested crossings will be shown on your invoice but will be subject to availability. If booking accommodation only deduct £65 per booking.

• Ferry crossing times shown below are based on average daytime crossings.

• Unless otherwise indicated:
  Week-end offers refer to: Outbound: Fri/Sat & Inbound: Sat/Sun;
  Midweek offers refer to: Outbound: Sun-Thu & Inbound: Mon-Fri.

Overnight crossings must have Cabin/Seating accommodation. Cabin supplements are per cabin/reclining seat per single journey unless otherwise stated.

• Supplements apply for trailers and extra long vehicles on all crossings. There are also additional charges for over-height vehicles, these vary according to the carrier. Details on request. Details of all over-height vehicles and trailers etc. must be given at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee availability of space for such vehicles and subsequent changes/additions will incur administration fees. Please note that we cannot accept trailers such as caravans, boat & motorbike carriers. These should be booked directly with the ferry company.
