Villas, Cottages and Gites in Lot/Midi-Pyrenees

Head for Lot/Midi-Pyrenees for a great selection of gites, cottages, villas and farmhouse holidays. Lot lies to the south east of the Dordogne. The river Lot is one of the three great rivers of south west France, together with the Dordogne to the north and the Garonne to the south. These weave their way down to the Atlantic through limestone gorges, forests, meadows and vineyards before meeting in the great Gironde estuary. Take a gite in the Lot and enjoy this land of striking contrasts. Bound by the Auvergne to the east and the Périgord Noir to the north, it is full of drama. The famous bastide of Rocamadour clings to a sheer cliff face above the Gorge d'Alzou. And not far away, there's the spectacular Gouffre de Padirac. Perfect!

A holiday villa in the Lot lets you discover all this and more at your leisure. You'll fall in love with the deep, verdant forests of oak and maple, the eastern foothills of the Massif Central. And, in between, the great dry plain of limestone rock called the Causse de Gramat, home to the prized black truffle. Take a holiday cottage in Lot-Midi Pyrenees for lovely rivers and unbelievably pretty villages like St Cirq la Popie. And the capital, Cahors, is a lively market town, famed for the robust wines produced from local vineyards. Why not take a tour around our Lot gites, holiday villas and holiday cottages? Your ideal Lot self catering holiday starts here!
