This beautiful villa is located on the equally beautiful water directly connected to the Tjeukemeer. The attractive interior and high-quality finish ensure that you immediately feel at home upon entering. The villa has four bedrooms. Three bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, and one has a double box bed. Children especially love these. There is another separate bathroom on the first floor, bringing the total number of bathrooms to four.The living space on the ground floor is divided into different areas without being isolated. The sitting area, with a fireplace, is wonderful for sitting in the evening with a good glass of wine. The large dining table and the open kitchen are perfect for eating and cooking together.You reach the deck terrace through the beautiful sliding doors, where you'll find a lounge set and other garden furniture. It also serves as a jetty for your (rented) boat. If you need to cool down on summer days, you can even take a dip here and return to the terrace via the ladder. This villa is a wonderful place for a water-rich holiday in the middle of the Frisian Lakes.

Because each villa is located by the water and features a private jetty, there villas are the perfect base for endless sailing fun. Thanks to the connected waters, you can sail from your villa to National Park de Weerribben, the IJsselmeer, the Wadden islands and pretty much everything in between.Delfstrahuizen, where the water villas are located, is a small Frisian village; here you'll find a supermarket, a few bars, outdoor cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The vibrant harbour of Lemmer (approx. 11 km) is very popular with water sports enthusiasts. During the summer, the historical building and terraces at the quayside create a beautiful decor.
