About 50 years ago, all the Ligurian hills were made up of strips of dry stone walls, rich in plants and shrubs typical of the Mediterranean. The founders of Camping Village Cera Una Volta, Pierfranco Diomedi and Giovanni Fiori, wanted to preserve this piece of paradise in order to offer hospitality to guests. The founders' idea, which has been maintained to this day, was to preserve the original Mediterranean maquis as much as possible, far from the overbuilding that took place on the coast in those years. The town of Villanova d'Albenga is located inland just a few kilometers from the coastal towns of Alassio, Ceriale and Albenga - picturesque towns in a breathtaking setting. Also visit the Toirano Caves, reachable in just 25 minutes by car.
